Due to the nature of digital downloads, there is no refund on any BrainTap session(s), bundles or individual series. We will of course make sure you are provided with a replacement download for any files that are corrupt in transmission.
Equipment and Accessories
The BrainTap Headset has a 90 Day Manufacturer Warranty. All other products or equipment come with a 30 Day Manufacturer Warranty. Should you experience any difficulty with your equipment or accessories during the time, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and shipping instructions in order to process your request.
BrainTap Headset Return Policy
The BrainTap Headset comes with a 7 day money back guarantee. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number or the return will not be accepted. The return period begins on the day you received your order. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Digital downloads are non-refundable; upon return of the headset, any sessions downloaded with credit will be billed at the current retail rate and this amount will be deducted from the refund total.
Equipment Return Policy
There is a 14 day return policy on all other products or equipment purchased, excluding the BrainTap Headset. The return period begins on the day you received your order. The order must be unopened and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number or the return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
It takes approximately 10 – 14 days to process a return. If you have any questions regarding your refund, refer / respond to your original support ticket or create a new support ticket and one of our customer support representatives will contact you.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
Please note that RMAs expire 15 days after issue. Returns postmarked after the expiration date will not be accepted. Please be sure to ship your return item promptly.
